Psychological debriefing
Psychological debriefing may be needeed, if there is a accident, a thread of accident or a near by situation in the traffic. After such situations, many people experience sleeping difficulties, a fear of being alone, and feelings of helpless or unreality.Common questions asked by many are: Why? Why just me? Did I do everything I could? Could I have prevented what happened by acting in some other way? After a traumatizing situation, it is good to meet the people who know what happened. Going over the event with others or the other person helps to give the better picture of what happened. We know from experience that serious stress reactions can be prevented or alleviated in this way.
